Creating a space conducive for success will not only aid in bringing about more creativity when faced with a problem; but also encourage reflection and help increase productivity levels during those mid-day coffee breaks.

For instance, my friend Brittany recently acquired two adorable birds as pets and they now reside in her open concept dining area. She has created an oasis where they can take refuge from their cage every time she is having dinner guests over – creating an undeniable sense of ease and familiarity that brings out her best!
